•    If the product is received broken or damaged, please ensure you record an unboxing video without any cuts or edits. 

• ⁠Only with this unboxing video will the refund be eligible.

• ⁠jewellery, hygiene and safety standards mean personalized or engraved items cannot be refunded.

•    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

•    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
